The house is located in the mountain village of Malix. Malix is located only 7 kilometers away from Chur, 1200m high in the middle of the mountains. It is a fantastic place for an active outdoor holiday. If you get caught in bad weather then this house is an amazing place to hang out and have a relaxing day.

The Accommodation

The chalet is in a beautiful spot with uninterrupted views on all sides. Although you are only 10 minutes away from a big city, you are still in the middle of the Alps. With a view of the Parpaner Schwarzhorn, Weisshorn and Rothorn, all of which are well over 2500m.

Guest Access

Outside the attic, guests have access to all areas. Balcony, terrace and garden are at guests’ disposal.

Other Important Information

The home bakery Doris Strickerin is a small bakery across from the Coop in Churwalden. She bakes delicious bread and on Thursday it’s pizza day. Only a 150m walk (up) over the bridge on the right-hand side you will find the “Farm Shop” The Farm Shop is a self-service shop where the local farmers sell their cheese, eggs, butter and other producers. A very nice alternative to the supermarket.
